How do Violet Wands Work?

  Voila! The Violet Wand

Once the electricity has built up, it then passes into another electrical coil inside the wand that further modifies the electrical output.  This type of coil combination is often known familiarly as a Tesla coil (even though its not a true Tesla coil.) Fortunately for us, this coil combination turns dangerous household electrical current into a very low watt, extremely low amperage, and high frequency, safer, charge coming out the other end of the violetwand transformer that we can put quite happily to our devious intent.

Electricity enters a violetwand at 120v and 60 hz..  After it is transformed, it exits the wand at up to +/-45kv, 500khz, and less than 1 milliamp.  This amperage and voltage output is more like static electricity.  And because a violet wand output is in the upper ranges of static electricity, that’s what most people say it feels like.  You get a stream of sparks coming from the violet wand that feel like and are similar to, a stream of static electricity.

Just transforming the current into a different output is no fun by itself.  And so a violet wand accepts electrodes and accessories that give a wide range of sensations and effects that are fantastic to play with.   Each electrode and accessory can have a different feeling and sensation.  Just like you want to be sure to get an actual violet wand instead of a similar related device, be sure to get actual violet wand electrodes, as they are manufactured out of an extra-strong medical grade glass specifically for kinkuse.

And Voila!  The Violet Wand
