Violet Wand Safety

You'll hear plenty about violet wand safety, mostly by people padding out the 'do nots' or repeating myths that should have died long ago.    But since you already know enough not to throw electrical devices into the bathtub with you, there are really only a few things to be sure you know.

You just need to keep H.E.E.E.D. in mind:

No Heart Disease

No Electronics

No Eyes

No one who is Expecting

Everyone is Different

You can use metal scaffolding with a wand~!  Hard hat is fun, but not necessary.

You are your best safety.  Know your limits and your experience level. Start slow, work up.

Keep all electronics well away from your wand.  The EMF of a violet wand will fry electronics, and that includes all electronic implants in people, so pacemakers, insulin pumps, neural implants and visual and hearing implants are all No-Nos.

Keep the wand away from eyes, but by all means feel free to use it on your head, chest, genitals, etc.

Don't use the wand too long in any one area.

Do not use on anyone with heart disease, or who is or may be pregnant.

Since everyone is different, a wand affects everyone differently.  Go slow until you know.

And...Remember, the sparks can ignite fires on flammable substances.   You don't know if anyone is using alcohol-based hair gel, or if their clothing is flammable.  Be prepared.

We want to hear from you.  Have you had any unintentional injuries or unexpected results with a violetwand?  Please share them below to enhance others' safety.
