For several months, I have been asking readers to complete business review surveys.  There is still quite some time to go before closing the survey with sufficient results.

One person said they would not order from EE ever again because 'that woman acts like she knows everything and while at first she is friendly, when you demand that you dont want to wait any longer for your order she gets like an expensive restaurant where you have to make reservations.  I dont care how bleeping good her stuff is, I dont take that kind of attitude from anyone.  I dont care how bleeping much she knows, you are there to serve me.  I dont care if she's the only one doing A or making B.  She's doing it for, and making it for me.  I Told her I wanted my wand NOW and she just gave me money back and said don't come back, I have too many other customers to deal with assholes like you.  Please dont come back.  WEll, I wont, thats for sure.'

One person said they will only shop at EE because 'Wanda knows her shit.  Her stuff is unlike anyone else's.  You can tell its the best around..hold her products up and hold someone else's next to it, you embarass them for having it.  I have a bad habit of knocking electrodes on table legs and they dont break. I ran my wand 2 days straight at an event.  You can't beat her stuff, that's the thing.  If anyone else made something half as good we'd probably look for faster shipping, but you wait a week extra, it is worth it.'
