An announcement was made recently by Mjolnir Advanced Violet Wand products that they have hired a manager.  Mjolnir released that this move was to handle the increasing demands for their products as well as for more personalized customer service.  They reported a new VIP customer service phone number.

We have been informed that, due to water damage in the storage area of their shop that affected old inventory, Violetwanda company has been experiencing some interruptions in customer service responses while contractors are repairing the area.  Order shipping is not delayed, and they expect normal operations to resume on 4/30.  More information and updates are available at www.violetwanda.com

We have been informed that due to supplier issues, www.drclockwork.com will be closed temporarily.   We do not currently have any specific dates of the closing, or more information at this time.  Stock is still available if ordered from the website.  Further information will be posted as available.

UPDATE:  While the company of www.drclockwork.com lost one of their major suppliers due to a falling out, and the owner was not available for immediate comment, he has now informed this site on 3/16 that supplier issues have been resolved, there will be no disruption of service and no delay to customer orders.

After a two-week maintenance period, the Guild's website is back online, with new forums and structure.   The maintenance took a little longer than we liked, but is in preparation for a major upgrade.  The Guild reports some upcoming changes to its structure in addition to the upgrade and site upgrades.
