knife for violet wand useA knife is indispensable

Every violet wand kit should have a knife in it.  Though any knife will work when it has enough metal in the handle to conduct the violetwand charge, I especially like this butterfly knife since it offers one more technique with a violet wand that a plain-handled knife doesn't.

Fun knife additions to the violet wand kitHook yourself up for Indirect techniques, or your partner for Reverse.  Using the edge of the knife is intuitive and concentrates the spark to its small surface area.  Intersperse this with turning the blade on its side and using a tapping motion on the skin.  The violet wand spark will vary in intensity as your tapping motion moves closer and farther from the skin.

The bonus technique with a butterfly knife:  Open the handles to about one inch apart at the end.  Holding the knife by the blade end, center the space Fantasy knife for violetwand kitbetween the handles around a delightful and small protruding part of the

human anatomy.  The violet wand sparks come from both sides, from each leg of the handle.

What's not to love about this smiling set, if you're into violet wand knifeplay?  The variety of edges will produce different sparking effects.  The single point from the knife at far right will be the most intense.  Tapping with the largest tool, second from right, will be the least intense.  And I like that the three tines of the fork will give you the three-way spark effect.

Serious knives are always in sufficient supply, surely some knife players have room for a sense of humor.
