I got a mail today I wanted to share with you.

"....and I just got it in the mail and love it.  But now people are telling me they went out of business months ago?  But I just got this so how did i get it?  Can you find out what is going on?"

Sure can.  EE, a violet wand retail company, closed.  It was a legal business partnership and one of the partners did a number on the other one.  Think of it like a divorce where the woman is making the money and the man starts draining the bank accounts and sleeping around till the bank accounts ran out.  Then the bad partner (BOO!! HISS!!) sued so he could get more.  So they split up, they sell the house and divide up all the stuff with attorneys sitting at their elbows making the most money.  Finally, the paperwork is signed, the lawyers get rich, the partners go their separate ways.  The bad partner (BOOO HISSS) disappears with his sleazy girlfriend and his half of everything and they go off to Cancun. The other partner, the good one, stays in town, gets an apartment, and wonders what to do next as a single mom.

In other words, the retail company had to close when the partnership dissolved.  The person didn't close, and is still manufacturing for other retail companies.  Got wholesale?
