Yes, I took a 3-month hiatus.  One of disgust, actually.  I...I..who thrive on reporting the drama like Perez Hilton, had the sh*ts of it after the Shimla episode.  That bit of disgraceful behavior is still causing repercussions among the community, and will for a long time.  Such a bad taste it left in my mouth, when I am atually accustomed to seeing that type of disreputable behavior.  Hopefully, I will have NOTHING dramatical to report for many months to come and can actually write about good violet wand information.

If you wanted to get yourself a deal, there is still a little time to act with E.E's final liquidation sale.    It's LAST CALL.  Something nice that I haven't seen before is they are offering the wands alone on their liquidation page, at a discount that is large enough to resale them.  But I understand there is not much time left, just a few weeks before all sales are ended.  They do say they will be honoring their warranties against defect for 30 days after their last sale so that any exchanges can be made and everything is in working order.

The wand world isn't losing the people, just the company, so we can be reassured that their expertise is still going to be around. 

With the weather breaking, people sometimes forget that we have some fantastic events coming up.  Take a look!  I can't make it to all of them, so will rely on astute and observant readers to tell me who the electrical vendors and presenters are and if anything new (or juicy) comes up.

Speaking of which, 2 months ago as I hear it told, Violet Wanda and Dralion were spotted briefly at a DC area event.  They weren't there more than a few minutes, but they're well-known enough that they couldn't escape all detection or avoid people who knew them.  Now who else was there?  Yes indeedy, Shimla was vending.  No fur flying to report however, Wanda and Dray merely chatted with some folks and moved on.
